We do not supply shops or end-users, we only welcome business on a wholesale level.

，Could you send me your catalogue(s) and price list?

We can send you our catalogues by Express mail or you can download them from our website (www.holly-creations.com). However, we suggest you (also) study the product section on the website as we continuously develop and introduce new items. So, if you are interested in our latest products, you are more likely to find them on the website than in our catalogues. We update our website all the time. Regarding our price list, please understand that we have so many different products that we made it company policy to not hand over our complete pricelist. Please give us the item numbers of the products you are interested in and we will try to send you the relevant prices within 24 hours.

，What are your payment terms?

We accept payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer ) or by L/C at sight. We do not accept Paypal and Credit Card payments.

，Do you do private labeling?

Yes, we are an OEM company. We can supply you with sample packaging and/or templates so that you can make your own design. Regular buyers who we have granted access to the VIP LOUNGE can download templates from there directly.

，What is your approximate delivery time?

The average delivery time is about 2 months. The delivery time depends on our schedule, the type of product(s) and the size of the order. After we receive your order, we will send a profoma invoice with the delivery time. Note that we deliver FOB Nanjing and that the delivery time stands for the time it takes us to deliver the goods to Nanjing, China.

，Can I visit your factory?

You are welcome to visit our factory in Danyang or our showroom in Weihai anytime. If you inform us your flight number, the date and the ETA we can pick you up from the Naning airport (for Danyang) or the Yantai or Weihai airport (for Weihai).
